Newcomers please note…
Newcomers are very welcome to come along and run with us before deciding to join up as members. However, please note that although club runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays are the norm, other events (such as Grand Prix races) can mean that there is no club run. You can always contact us to make sure we’ll be there.
7pm, 4-6 miles
7pm, 5-7 miles
8am, 10 miles usually with vehicle support, so you’re able to run less if you prefer.
For variety, occasionally Sunday runs have a different venue: this will be advertised via email and/or the Facebook group.
Please be ready to go at the given start time: If you’re late we won’t wait.
Runs start and end from Allendale Sports Club, unless otherwise advised.
The first Wednesday of the month is club handicap night. This involves running a 4k course, trying to improve on your last time. It’s a great way to measure how you’re doing. There’s tea and cake at the clubhouse afterwards and the person making the best improvement gets a small prize.
The 3rd Wednesday of the Month is a club speedwork session.
